Counselling fees range depending on licensing and experience from $160/hr - $225/hr of individual clients ( child, adolescent, adult), couples or family services that are non-specialized. Please contact the office for more information about fees.

Specialized services supporting dispute resolution processes, like Coparent Coaching, Family Mediation, Parenting Coordination, Court-Ordered Counselling and Court Reports, please contact the office directly for more information.

Counselling sessions are often covered by extended health benefit plans through workplace benefit coverage. We support First Nations Health counselling, Crime Victims Assistance counselling, and most other government-assisted counselling contracts.

Insurance plans differ significantly, so it is your responsibility to ensure that you will be reimbursed by your benefit plan before committing to incur the expense of counselling. Counsellors, typically, will not direct bill to your benefits provider. If your benefits do not extend to registered clinical counsellors, we may be able to arrange for you to work with a registered social worker. 

Please note that Family Mediation and other related dispute resolution services are not considered psychological services even when facilitated by a mental health clinician. For further clarification about counselling designations, please see the FAQ section of the website.

Counselling is also considered a claimable medical expense through Revenue Canada health deductions.
