Our Service Rates for Individual Counselling with a Registered Clinical Counsellor whether you are looking for yourself or for you child or teen, is $150 per clinical hour.

For couples counselling, family counselling or parent support counselling, require more skills and training so hourly rates are $160 per hour and typically are scheduled for 80 mins sessions.

Counselling sessions are usually covered by most extended health benefit plans through your workplace benefit coverage. We support First Nations Health counselling, Crime Victims Assistance counselling, and most other government-assisted counselling contracts.

Insurance plans differ significantly, so it is your responsibility to ensure that you will be reimbursed by your plan before committing to incur the expense of counselling. Counsellors, typically, will not direct bill to your benefits provider. If your benefits do not extend to registered clinical counsellors, we may be able to arrange for you to work with our registered social worker. Counselling is considered a claimable medical expense through Revenue Canada health deductions.
